Monday 26th October – 12 days to go!
I Would really like to be able to go out for a walk today. Instead, I have taken to walking laps around the garden! The cat has taken to hiding in the bushes and pouncing as I pass! Why?! She could go off and explore. The cat does not need to self isolate and yet she is intent on hiding in the same bush and jumping out on me every time I pass, which given the size of the garden, is quite often!
It’s not that there is loads that I need to go out to do. We have adapted to doing so much online in recent months BUT it feels so very different knowing that I can’t go out. Even in the midst of the strict lockdown I was able to go out for my daily walk. I am so very grateful that we have a garden and the space we do and so very mindful of those isolating in difficult and cramped conditions.
